Pros

The leadership team really cares about their employees and make effort to include everyone. They have family first mentality and have a time off policy that is generious

Cons

Since they are a start up, decisions are not always well communicated. Employees tend to work hard but not always smart. As the company grows, more processes will need to be in place

Pros

Office atmosphere is both laid back and professional. Leadership is approachable and always there to answer questions. Lots of opportunities for professional growth Nexben has a great culture already, but they are always looking for ways to improve

Cons

Just the usual growing pains of a start-up, but I feel we are getting better every day

Nexben is a growing company with compelling technology. Incredibly rewarding to be working on something so impactful. It's also a fun place to work with great employees.

Cons

It's unfortunate to be working remotely due to COVID-19.
