      Pros

      Free pop and popcorn in the break room. Fun monthly employee events. I can't think of anything else, which is really sad.

      Cons

      It's pathetic when you're with a company for less than a year and you're already looking for a new job. Very much a fire now, ask questions (if they ever even ask them) later environment. A "good 'ole boy's club" where a few hold all the power, have no concerns for their actions, and do not want to see things change. Here's what you can expect from working at Nexient: BELOW AVERAGE pay, inept senior management, inconsistent work, and terrible HR leadership.

      Okay for a quick pit stop, but not a career.

      Pros

      Nice office, some talented people work there and are friendly

      Cons

      Overwork consultants, unclear expectations, no support fir UX, just do what your client wants and don’t complain. Pitiful 401k March, barely any vacation/sick time, have to double-check their math on bonuses.
