Relaxed atmosphere, how much so depends on the manager. If you work hard and is talented you will do fine. They do hire alot of recent grads so if you have little to no experience, this is the place to be. To the people who complain. Seriously the only person you can blame is yourself. If the pay is too low, who's fault is that? Yours. You signed the agreement, you signed you agreed to it. If you are unhappy with it, you shouldn't have signed it. Saying that you signed it because you can't find a better offer, is childish and a sign of lack of professionalism. No matter what job you work at. You can always say, there is better.

Great place to work! Leadership is supportive and promotes a learning environment. I get to work in more technologies in a year than most would see in ten. For the person that posted the "No Future" - God gave you two ears and one mouth for a reason - if you stopped talking and listened, you might actually learn something! Nexient is a place to experience a ton of technology in a short period of time. Much of the management has a ton of experience in founding startup companies and have years of industry experience. It's a shame that some do not leverage that internal knowledge.
