Pros
There are many things that Nexient has going for them including: -Fun Vibrant Culture - HR leads a FUN COMMITTEE that puts on events each month (holiday parties, summer picnics, trivia night, capture the flag (nerf gun style)). Although HR leads the committee, the committee consists of various employees throughout the company and they choose the events. Company also has two game rooms (one in each of their Ann Arbor offices) with video games, ping pong, and foosball. Don't forget the free pop and popcorn. -Excellent Co-workers - The people that work at Nexient are amazing individuals and a pleasure to work with. -Opportunities for Advancement - There are many opportunities to advance at Nexient. If you work hard, it WILL pay off! Makes it easy to bring out your inner "rockstar". -Benefits - Nexient offers a pretty extensive benefit plan with multiple options to choose from. The rates are pretty low as well! If you are ambitious and have a excellent work ethic, you can go far at Nexient. Hard work pays off and is noticed by Senior Management.
Cons
Pay is on the low side of market rate. Although the company offers a 401k plan, they don't offer a match. Some managers are better than others which can impact work/life balance.
