Pros

Great company to work for. Forward thinking, adapting business model to suit changing times. Good leadership and benefits packages for employees.

Cons

Too many new initiatives to sell. Every week there is something new and exciting to go tell clients about, so focus is shifted off previous projects. Change is good, but too many irons in the fire so to speak.

The people (other than managers) were very nice, good team!

Upper management was never there (never even in the building) and had only a small understanding of how a TV station works.
