Pros

I do believe I worked with some of the most passionate daycare teachers. They really put a lot into their work. I did love how the center I worked stuck to truly meeting regulations. Overall, I think this is one of the best daycares around in a flawed daycare employment system.

Cons

Turnover is very high, much like other daycares. The company is very corporate and it often feels like the employees are not cared about. Definitely money driven, not child-focused. Because turn over was so high, many employee who should have been let go, stayed on for too long. Some employees would skip work frequently.

Pros

I loved working with the children and their families.

Cons

When the company got bought out it went downhill. Staff turnover rate went up as the benefits and care went down. High health insurance rate, lost paid days off, and the new pay rate went down. If there is a snow day the parents pay for the day, yet the staff doesn't get paid. I ask you where is that money going?
