Pros

Patients, money, benefits, clean clinic, janitorial service

Cons

You will be under the thumb of management and expected to follow the strange culture. They want followers at this job. There are too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Also, you will be risking your license to work here. The hiring department does not verify credentials of the support staff. The clinics were critically understaffed most days. Most of the support staff does not have any medical knowledge or medical education. I sent my family member to be seen for a possible mental health crisis. He was sent home without help. He and two other people died four days later.

Pros

they show you the lipstick to attract you to work for them

Cons

They throw you under the bus to cover up...it is always a contractor a temp worker who gets the blame. No appreciation (all superficial to cover up). They get staff fired or termed for natural causes, or to cover up for their own PR. PR and $$ is number one for them. Have you noticed that they have minimal to no negative reviews? they chase you down if you expose them. Stay away or get a lawyer if you want to accept a contract to cover your right. They use and abuse you to the core.

Pros

You work with amazing Medical Assistants and Nurse Practitioners who truly provide service excellence to their patients.

Cons

•Lack of efficient management practices, leading to financial instability. •Reductions in benefits, such as the discontinuation of 401(k) matching, stock investments, sporting and concert events, and Uber eats stipend •CEO favors certain employees, particularly in management roles and Lead Nurse Practioner roles. •Conflict of interest in the HR department, with the CEO’s daughter holding a key position as the Vice President of HR •Inadequate performance by the Director of IT, leading to frequent system failures that upsets patients and employees •Difficulty in accessing overtime and taking PTO, creating a stressful work environment. •Slow and ineffective response from the HR department when issues are reported. •Retaliation against employees who raise concerns, leading to a toxic work environment. •Trainers have taught incorrect information and have not provided sufficient guidance, leading to mistakes by Medical Assistants. •Regional managers have been writing up Medical Assistants for these mistakes, even though they were taught by the trainers. •Over the past few months, several loyal and dedicated employees have chosen to leave the company due to concerns related to compensation, workplace treatment, and growth opportunities.
