      Stable and money from the monopoly side that allows the business to compete in the market

      Cons

      Terrible leadership, low pay compared to the general market and cliques- if you’re not part of one, don’t expect growth. The company is losing longtime employees every week. This should give anyone applying a red flag.

      Pros

      Pension plan with 401k, however salaries are very low and area is expensive to live.

      Cons

      I have never worked for a company that eun by bullies from upper management to all the way to direct manager. If you are minority or liberal minded, you will definitely experience it more.

      Pros

      Some good people to work with. Plenty of growth opportunities if you want to sell your soul to the devil and work 24/7. Stock price continues to be on a rapid increase.

      Cons

      Under paid for the job responsibilities and work hours required to work on a salary. Health Benefits are more expensive compared to our competitors with not so great coverage. They allow you to buy up to two weeks vacation which essentially means you take time off without pay. Worth it if you get to take the time off but when you must work while on vacation seems illegal!
