Cons
The pay isn't competitive you can even ask around or compare online to see. The benefits have been slowly getting worse. The health care deductible is thousands and the only offer two plans now. The pension is mediocre and they just add a small percentage each year so its basically nothing. All management cares about is increasing the bottom line, reducing headcount so you are forced to do more with less employees and the compensation doesn't keep up! 3% on average yearly salary increase with small cash bonus. The company is a leader in their market sure, but talented employees can find much better benefits and pay elsewhere. That is why you see the come and go with high turnover rates. People get here and realize well this sucks and leave! It can also be kind of stagnant depending on your department its basically a hit or miss on moving up. I suggest looking elsewhere because this company is literally the one stop shop here in south Florida. If you fired or want to leave, you will have to move out of state or Miami.
