Pros

leadership was proactive, good working hours and allowed to work remotely. Good benefits and compensation. Great learning atmosphere

Cons

Company atmoshpere was unstable, never knew if your job as secure no matter how productive you were.

Pros

Schedule allows for flexibility when needed for salaried employees. Generous PTO, accruing right away. Ability to work in office or remote.

Cons

Divisions are very divided. Poor communication between departments and divisions. Compensation policies are poor for employees who wish to transfer to another division, making employees feel stuck with no room for growth. Disengaged upper management.
