Pros

Still some excellent employees who work hard and care

Cons

New management in CA doesn't understand the importance of retaining of long-standing, loyal employees whose performance excels. They are driven only by the bottom line. Some management are driven by their own agendas and not by what is best for the product (and then by extension the customers)

Pros

There are some very talented and hardworking employees. The pay is very good and sometimes they don't actually mess up your paycheck; Sometimes your time off balances are even right. The medical benefits are great if you can actually get access to them within the first 2 months of employment even though your already supposed to be "active."

Cons

They must pay for every possible accolade and award that is published about them which misleads people who are genuinely seeking a good employer. The products are poor to fair. The senior team have no interest in the patients we serve. They do have every interest in what the stock is doing and I doubt any of them would refer a family member or friend to a nextgen client, meaning a clinic or a hospital.
