Pros

Health Benefits, Some nice people, very smart engineers.

Cons

No work life balance, No Recognition for hard work, Too many politics, Low pay. Maximum 2% rise, Very demanding, No personal days, Work on weekends and late nights. People who work hard has no importance and people who dont do anything will be their best critics.

Pros

Working with some great people that are local

Cons

Terrible company as far as Maryland Management, everything is being outsourced and jobs are being lost. When I first started it was a wonderful place to work once it was aquired it went to hell fast, upper management lies to the employees daily and to other smaller management. The real leaders left when they saw what was coming.

They need to stop acquiring new technology and perfect what they have

Pros

The pay was nice but we had been acquired so I do not know what they start at.

Cons

We were acquired in April of 2011 and treated like wayward step children. Requests for necessary information could take weeks. I was even reprimanded twice for doing exactly as my manager had told me and even showing the emails with her instructions did not earn an apology.
