Great furniture, good pay, free coffee.

Cons

Disorganized, mediocratic. Key positions are often filled by cronyism or nepotism. Business is disconnected from engineering ("architecture" and "enterprise" are bad words). Business is only interested in the appearance of progress not actual progress which leads to a hack-it-together mindset.

The people are great. Co-workers are like family. If it werent for all the great people I would have been gone a while ago.

Cons

Company recently took our personal days away and lowered our yearly review increase to a max of 3.5%. Lay offs recently took place also. This all happened in the span of 2 months. Needless to say company morale is low.
