Pros

This is a startup with all the normal start-up perks.....fully stocked kitchen, dog friendly office, fun company events and team building. The culture is the true stand out, EVERYONE from the management down, works hard and is dedicated to seeing this company succeed. Egos are checked at the door. Open door policy and all opinions matter and count. With most start-up you can get burned out quickly but we are encouraged to create work/ life balance - so that we can continue to give our best.

Cons

Sometimes we run out of my favorite fruit snacks and I'm not a fan of the choice of IPA in our keg.

Always moving, always changing, big partners, hard working coworkers, coworkers that care, cutting edge technology, strong communication, rotating beer and Kombucha, winning mentality

Cons

We grew so fast, I am currently homeless at a desk in the corner. Engineers are taking over!

Pros

This truly is one of the best jobs I have had. The environment is great, and working in a collaborative environment is exciting, with a new adventure every day. The employees here really care about the company, making the job so much more enjoyable. The execs are down to earth and treat everyone as if they are the most pivotal employee in the office. Work life balance is great, and you are never made to feel badly if you need to take a day or an afternoon off.

Cons

No cons to share. As long as you are passionate about the company, you will enjoy every second here.
