Collaboration across teams was encouraged and frequent. I enjoyed working with other teams and speaking to other leaders. Everyone was generally very friendly and respectful. The culture was great.

Cons

Your direct leader has to be annoyingly loud for anyone to care about what your team is accomplishing. Credit was not given where due. I was told by 3 of my leaders that I was up for a promotion and raise for over a year. I filled in for my direct leader and was never properly compensated. I was given more responsibilities even after I expressed that I was not being properly compensated for the work I was already doing. In the end I was laid off 12 days into maternity leave with no severance via an email that was generated by AI and not a real human being.
