      Pros

      - Technical leadership is the best I've ever had the pleasure to work with. - Senior engineers excel - Freedom to research - Always looking to do things better. - Individual recognition - Very challenging and rewarding work activites - New ideas are welcomed

      Cons

      - Salaries could be more in line with what top caliber software experts earn - Tight quarters, but that will be remedied soon.

      Pros

      Steady paycheck, decent benefit package, nice view, I suppose experience looks good on a resume. Good starter job for recent grad.

      Cons

      "Product Support Specialist" position is advertised as technical support when it's really just customer service. Clients are pushy and want you to do the job for you. Very little support from management. Very numbers focused instead of quality focused. Leaving this job was the best thing I ever did.

      Pros

      This is a small company with a family feel. Well run and everything operates within a positive hands on environment.

      Cons

      There really are no downsides to working at NexTech. You are paid a fair wage and you are paid on time.
