Regular paychecks, average pay and health benefits, employees have a wealth of knowledge in the industry. Tampa office has a nice view.
Cons
This company has an employment agreement that will make your head spin. By the time you get to see it to sign it, it is usually too late to change your mind about accepting the job. This is just the beginning. Their policies and treatment of employees are designed to trap employees into staying. One example is the performance reviews that are twice a year in which you are given a "bonus" (usually pretty hefty, but can be held over your head to insure you meet arbitrary goals) - except you must pay back the "bonuses" from the last 365 days from when you leave. When you do quit, they will try to give you empty promises to convince you to stay and if that doesn't work they will insult you and treat you very poorly in a childish manner. This same treatment has been confirmed by numerous former employees.
