Run by a cheap investment firm who continues to cut costs at every corner, they love to preach about how much money there making and raising prices, yet do not adjust for inflation and raises have been a joke. Top tier work (even doing other job roles and exceeding at all of them) will get you a below average raise… but don’t worry they’ll tell you how much they appreciate you! At the end of the day starting pay is too low for this industry work elsewhere.

Even though company is growing each year, budget cuts come with it each year. They tend to promote management from outside the company and existing employees are essentially stuck even though they provide the knowledge of how the software actually works.
