They will hire anyone. As long as there is air in your lungs, you’re hired.

Cons

The pay is terrible, the environment is filled with harassment and verbal abuse, lots of politics, and racially based decisions, the Union is weak, upper management is incompetent, no opportunities for promotions or personal growth unless you are part of managements “country club”, your performance/loyalty/education do not matter.

Pros

Nice work/life balance. Great people that are willing to help each other out to accomplish a goal. Great place to start your career and learn on the way. The environment is great to work in.

Cons

There are no longer merit raises each year, along with underpaid salaries lead to a lot of turnover. The only raise you get is a promotion, which a lot of people are overdue for one. The bonus is laughable considering the profits they have.

Cons

Overloaded jobs. Unclear policies. Employees are penalized for injuries sustained while working in unsafe conditions. Union is totally ineffective union dues shouldn't be collected.
