Pros
1.- They come from a long legacy, GM-Delphi. 2.- They have good training programs. 3.- They are a global Co. with more than 27 plants around the globe. 4.- They have a good portfolio for steering systems.
Cons
1.- In the last 5 years they changed a lot of their Upper Mgmt. and they are now focused on be profitable at ALL cost. 2.- Their Upper Mgmt. (C-Suite) are arrogant and inaccessible unless you show that you idolize them. 3.- They say their people is their more valuable asset, but at the end they don't follow this principle (they have fired more then 300 seasoned Engineers and other Mgmt. people in the last 2 yrs and hired young Engineers with no experience just to avoid pay a higher payroll). 4.- When there is a crisis, their Upper Mgmt. demands for immediate results whatever it cost, even if you need to lose personal time (vacation, weekends, holidays). If results are not achieved, they retaliate.
