Pros

it’s really nice work environment. I really enjoying going to work and even look forward to it some days. It’s quite an improvement from my old job.

Cons

None. You get to meet a lot of different people. The best part of the job is that you get to be yourself and make money at the same time.

Pros

Great benefits, amazing co-workers, and a great culture. I have a great manager and they actually understand what it takes to do my job. It means they don’t push to get it faster and have unreasonable expectations.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. I guess pay could always be better :).

Pros

Free meals on certain days of the week. Flexible work shifts.

Cons

Oh goodness, where do I start. This is where entry level people go to get their feet wet and to see if they like sales. It's where seasoned professionals go to die. MAJOR micromanagement. Like nothing I've ever seen....seriously! The tenured reps who are younger in age are catered too from all levels. The newbies and older people in the office are left to sink or swim. Turn over is unbelievably high, seriously, people are leaving one way or another just about every day. This is why they have a training class of about 20 starting every 2 weeks. Yet no additional desks are added. What does that tell you? If you require to be babysat, want to make very little money even if you do make it through training and the nonsense, then go ahead and apply. If you require and are seeking a more professional environment with great income opportunity even in your 1st year with a level playing field across the board, then this is not what will work for you. It's just that simple. Horrible PTO that they don't encourage you to take and only 7 days of holiday which is low in comparison.

Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience. Nextiva provides all employees fair and equal opportunities to succeed. While we do provide some free meals, that's certainly not the only positive benefit/perk that we provide to our team. Your comments will be taken into consideration to help us continually improve.
