      A large learning curve for many, leaving many people to become overwhelmed with expectations as a new employee.

      Learned a lot working at Nextiva

      Pros

      There was an environment of excellence that encouraged us to learn and develop ourselves while at work. This was great for me as I worked there early in my career and really felt it was a solid jumping off point that has made me better equipped for success later on.

      Cons

      Starting salaries were not amazing. It made things a little difficult for personal finances and was the reason I left but I do think it would actually be better if you came in with more experience. As I said in the Pros I did learn a lot so it was still worthwhile in the long term.

      A good company but not much support

      Great hours, great products, great work environment.

      Cons

      Poor management support, almost no on-going training.
