Solid company for my career

Pros

- Highly respectful company that has a great company culture - Big company, but it has a startup feel towards it. Everyone is eager to learn, and to improve on their skills - With a growing family with my pregnant wife and a toddler, the medical benefits help us out a lot. - Free bagels on Monday

Cons

- The fastest pace of a company that I have seen within a corporate structure. Not necessary a bad thing, but things just more real quick. - Not enough parking spaces. The parking lot is super full, and sometimes you have to park in the next parking lot.

Fast paced, owner provides a lot of food

Cons

"Sit and observe" was the training. I struggled through the first 2 projects with the lack of training. Better ROI and customer interaction by guiding the staff.
