      Pros

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Management has no idea how to run their departments or how to manage people. I was only with this company a few weeks, but I would never recommend anyone to work at Nextiva, United Web or Sitelock. There were constant customer complaints and practices that didn't seem legit. I was so nervous about working there that I couldn't wait to get out.

      Hours of operations and no weekends

      Cons

      Good place for people with no life/work balance. You will need to be ok with cussing and faul language all day long, including Management's.
