Pros

Company is great to work for and makes you want to come into work everyday with a good attitude

Cons

Pay need to be re-looked over. I would also like to see Nextiva not focus so much on metrics.

Pros

Good Company. Channel gets attention and is a focus. The energy in the main office seems fun and creative. Company cares about growth in the channel and making a difference in taking business away from legacy providers. Every month there is a support program for nonprofits where they get help and people in the company get to gather in helping them. Giving back is important to me and my wife. We volunteer at a hospice every weekend and finding a for profit company these days that gives back to others in a meaningful way is special. To switch gears and talk about the products….., they are good. The brand is also good. Customer service is important and that shows whenever my partners tell me about the experiences they have with support.

Cons

Growing at a fast pace and I notice that the end of the month is always busy to the point where my live outside of work is slim. Then the beginning of the month is slower than the end. There’s a lot of info being thrown at me all the time and it’s tough to keep up. There’s new employees coming on board all the time and I don’t know who is who and who does what.
