Pros

Hard to say good vs bad since the company underwent so much change in my one year there. When leads were plentiful, quota was realistic to meet. However the sale force was doubled and you were lucky to get one a day. So, "pro" is uncapped commish potential if you work really hard. Ability to be your own boss-ish. Good culture with catered breakfast on Monday and lunch on Friday. You can select what shift you want and no weekends unless you want. Never told you can't work overtime. Very casual attire.

Cons

4 managers in one year. CRAZY turnover rate. 13hr will be your hourly for the life of your career. A lot of calling cold leads, dead leads, etc. Leads are not dispersed evenly.

Hi, and thank you for taking the time to write out this review. We truly appreciate your feedback as we are always looking for ways to improve our culture and the experience we provide to our people. I am not sure how long ago you left our organization but I would like to acknowledge that some of the things you mention in the advice to management and cons are things that we are either working to improve or have already adjusted. We believe in giving everyone a fair shot at leads that they have been qualified to handle, that being the case we now certify our sales floor in not just our product but also in the ability to handle leads based on size. We have transitioned from a round robin type of distribution to an inbound SDR team whose main function is to identify the customer profile and route the leads to the proper team segments. Regarding $13/hr being your pay for life, this is not true now nor has it ever been the case. We have an established career path with goals and objectives that must be attained for advancement. With that advancement through the career path you not only receive opportunity to work with larger organizations, you also earn base pay increase DOE. As well as we conduct yearly reviews and based on performance from the previous year, our employees receive merit increases. Because of security measures and the regulations we must adhere to in our industry, we do not allow people to return to the sales floor after their employment has been terminated. However, I do agree with your feedback that timing can be improved and we will take that into consideration going forward. Again, I truly appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review and we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors, I hope you can find success and happiness in your next position.

Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry that you feel this way and that we were unable to meet your expectations. However, we are very competitive with our base pay and we have an uncapped commission structure allowing those who apply themselves to make as much money as they can. We are also one of the only sales organizations in the Valley that does not require any cold calling or independent lead sourcing. Nextiva is proud to not only produce all the leads for our inside sales agents, but we are also very proud of the benefits and culture we offer. We give people an opportunity to truly change their life for the better, those that have drive and a winning attitude repeatedly perform at very high levels and continue to write their own ticket. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors and hope that you have found a place that makes you feel empowered to reach new heights in your career.

Pros

High growth company with lots of space to grow and departments to move into. Job openings pop up a lot. It's a stable company. I appreciate the corporate social responsibility that nextiva takes on. It's the first company in my career where they care about more than just make money. The hours are good and scheduling is flexible. People are personable and friendly.

Cons

Company announcements and emails happen too often. Way too often. I'm not the only person that thinks this. Other people say the same something. I can't keep up with the abundance of product updates and company changes. It feels like I can spend my entire day once a week just getting caught up with what's happening.
