      Pros

      Great team to work with and I made some really good friendships. People make the difference at any organization and I feel like I got lucky with the team I worked with at Nextiva. I felt like we were all on the same page, sharing knowledge and helping each other be better. I felt like the organization empowered us.

      Cons

      The company was growing a lot when I was there, so it was hard to keep track of new people/roles sometimes.

      Pros

      Lots of different people are successful here and it’s because our Company and leaders care about my success. From the minute I stepped on the sales floor from the bullpen I knew this was the place for me.

      So many opportunities

      Pros

      There are SO many open positions here and it’s not surprising as this business is growing crazy fast. I’ve only been here 6 months and I have already received a promotion and pay increase. I have so many opportunities to grow and learn. I can see myself staying here for the unforeseeable future. It’s great!

      I’m happy. No complaints here.
