      Pros

      Nextiva has a great company culture that empowers us to use our strengths and talents to further company growth and our careers. I love the philanthropic Nextiva Cares events, teamwork, free food, casual atmosphere, and flexibility. The team has each other's backs and feels like family.

      Cons

      It's a fast-paced place to work, but that's not necessarily a con - agility is how Nextiva as achieved some of its success.

      Pros

      I’m part of the customer service team, and it’s good to be in a company that actually respects and acknowledges the customer service part of the business. Nextiva pride themselves on their service, and we work hard to maintain good customer connections and experiences. A lot of time in tech focussed companies the service team is overlooked, but it’s good to be at a company that appreciates it.

      Cons

      The business has gone through another big growth phase lately, and it’s been a lot of work for us to ensure we are speaking the correct terminology that is in line with how the business wants to communicate to the customer. I’ve really thrived on the challenge and enjoyed it, but for others the business change in direction was a bit harder to pick up.
