      Too many to list. -Great salary! -Wonderful Benefits! -Great vacation time! -Management knows what they are doing and the CEO cares about his employees. -Just a fantastic company! -Cutting edge technology!

      Fast Growing and Forward Thinking

      -Entrepreneurial company that continues to grow rapidly and improve market position. -Hands-on CEO who is committed to being the best in all ways and always moving forward. -Lots of advancement opportunities for most positions. -Suggestions and feedback are implemented from all levels.

      Cons

      -Some growing pains from rapid growth. -Not a negative, but fast-paced, high-expectation environment not for those looking to drift along and just collect a paycheck.

      Great place to work!

      Pros

      There are so many reasons I love my job at Nextiva. The people who work here are awesome. This is a place to work hard but also have fun. We run contests and have special events all the time. The coaches are constantly helping and if you follow their coaching you will be successful. The company has a program called Nextiva Cares which helps raise money for many charities. One of the best things is you control your paycheck. There is no limit to the amount of commission you can make. The culture is all about the employees and their success. The companies growth and future plans keep me excited about my future.

      Cons

      Honestly I don't have any. This has been the best job I have ever had!
