Pros

I have been working at Nextiva for over 5 years, over that time, I have had the opportunity to get to work with some incredible people, learn a lot about cloud technology, develop my skills in marketing and events and work my way into a leadership role.

Cons

There are some days I put in some long hours, but the harder I work, the more it pays off and my boss has been very flexible in times of need!

Finally found a job with a good balance

Pros

I’ve found that my workload is really consistent and well managed by my manager. I rarely have to work late, and everything works at a really steady pace. There are times when we are pushed to meet deadlines, but my manager has a great ability to look ahead and make sure we are prioritizing our workload correctly to meet our deadlines. I am learning a lot from her, and enjoying working in a place with a good balance.

Cons

I would like more regular, formal performance reviews. I am getting regular feedback, but if it was more formalized it would help me stay on track and keep improving.
