I’ve been working for Nextiva for over a year

Pros

I like the fact that I have some work that is repeated and some work that is new and more a creative challenge. I have a good balance in my role and I’m usually pretty engaged and interest in what I’m doing each day. I have great team members and I’m genuinely interested in my work.

Cons

I don’t have a lot of spare time to think. I am pulled into conversations that I’m not always prepared for and while that’s exciting and I like to be included, it’s hard to stay on top of goals and know exactly what is expected.

Inside sales team is like family. I was accepted by all and everyone is willing to help including leadership!

Cons

None that I can think of. Too many vegan meals ordered on free lunch days lol
