Pros

Professional development is really easy here as the company is moving really quickly so you can put your hand up to learn new skills and work on lots of different projects. I've learned more in the last 6 months at Nextiva than I did in the 2 years before in my previous role at another company so I think that I made the right choice in coming across.

Cons

Nothing yet. It hasn't felt like I've been unable to do the work or overwhelming, everyone has been really supportive and the culture here is a good fit for me.

Pros

I feel like demand for Nextiva's products are only going to grow post Covid-19 given that more companies are looking for cloud based systems. This makes me feel really good about the experience and skills I've learned at Nextiva as I know they're going to be relevant moving forward. I've been exposed to a lot of different things since I've worked here, and I like how different departments work together - it's good to learn/see other parts of the business.

Cons

Work has gotten busier as the demand for the products increased. Not a bad thing (job security wise), but it was already a fairly busy job so now it takes a lot of time management skills to juggle everything.

Pros

I've worked my way up from the inbound support center. Time and again I proved my value and was recognized for my achievements. I've since worked all over the company and have consistently had managers that recognize hard work, effort, and are willing to teach and have their employees grow.

Cons

The speed of change can be challenging for the unprepared. But the rapid growth of the company leaves so many opportunities.
