Pros

Benefits are decent, spiffs are pretty good from

Cons

My experience with Nextiva has been nothing short of a nightmare. The company's management is utterly incompetent, and the lack of training is alarming. It's clear that the director has no qualms about berating and cursing at employees, creating a toxic work environment. It's shocking that a company would allow such behavior to go unchecked. The complete lack of professionalism from the director has lead to an environment of fear and stress. Employees are constantly on edge, dreading the next outburst or verbal attack. This has had a devastating impact on morale and productivity. It's no wonder that turnover at this company is sky high; I can't imagine anyone wanting to endure this kind of treatment for long. The absence of proper training has only exacerbated the problem. It's as if the company expects employees to fend for themselves, throwing them in at the deep end without any support or guidance. This is a recipe for disaster and sets employees up for failure from the start. It's no wonder that the company is struggling, given the blatant disregard for proper onboarding and development. I can't in good conscience recommend Nextiva to anyone, whether as an employee or a customer. The toxic work environment and lack of leadership make this a company to avoid at all costs.

Pros

- Good culture. - Each 2nd friday is free of workload, and is focused in polishing your skills. - Breakfast and food for free at the office. - Nice life-work balance. - Good compensations (grocery vouchers, 30 days bonus, savings fund).

Cons

- Even that this is not a big corporation, the promotions are a slow bureaucratic process. - Very low PTU payment (applies only in MX).
