Benefits are not bad here

Cons

Very cutthroat and they do not evenly distribute leads. Any disputes go to the favorites in office. Managers don’t care about reps as long as team hits. Guilt and use against you if you don’t work Sat/Sun

Great culture and solid compensation

Cons

No organizational leadership - It seems the strategies change without much forethought and very little structural integrity. You cannot say we want to reach X in revenue without a plan then hold people accountable when the goals are not met.
