Pros

Nice HQ and coworkers, always something new being launched

Cons

Too many lay offs, launching things when they have too many issues still.

Hi Friend, Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I'd be curious to hear what you'd suggest to improve the overall business outlook, being in your position. Training is a key part of Nextiva's employee experience, so the value you could add here would be great. - Alex from Nextiva

Pros

- Opportunity to grow sales skills - Open communication with Leadership - Great internal collaboration between teams to help grow knowledge and close deals. - Friendly environment. EX: I can start having conversations with anyone and ask help with anything without being judged. - Good benefits

Cons

- Added pressure that is put on newbies to hit numbers and bring in revenue right off the bat can be very stressful. I realize there is stress and pressure with any sales job and if you let the pressure of others get to you it can cause havoc. It's the nature of the beast when selling. - Strict time off policy

Pros

-The marketing and sales teams are very well-integrated. The marketing team has a deep understanding of buyer personas which leads to a well-oiled lead generation machine that benefits the sales team. -Strong internal training resources -the company performs extremely well in the "Very Small Business" segment of 1-10 employees -market leader

Cons

-this is more of a high volume sales role with small contract values which would be a negative if you're looking for an enterprise role where you're selling 6 figure deals to companies with thousands of employees.
