Pros

Pay is really the only plus

Cons

The work culture is toxic. They tell you they are happy to answer any questions but then get mad when you do. When asking for approval to schedule a service call the team leads will take 15 minutes to approve one while you are still in a call, then get mad that you are taking too long on calls. In closing DON'T DO IT

Pros

Some of the people you work with

Cons

Micromanage.. they don't trust their employees to work.. they let one or two bad hires dictate future rule changes. There's always something that can get you fired. Points on attendance or status changes, ai monitoring, qa monitoring, c level monitoring. They have fired great and knowledgeable employees because of the very strict rules they have in place. No clear direction of the company. Lots of promises and no deliveries. On top of the low pay, they ask you to contribute to their office parties and pay for things out of your pocket.. Their customers are by far to rudest and terrible people..
