Every day is different than the one before. You never get bored or feel like your life is getting repetitive. I worked with some fantastic clients who were truly a joy to work with. I expanded my skillsets and I don’t regret a moment I spent working here.

Cons

The pay just wasn’t what I was looking for. I learned a lot and I worked with some incredible people, but at the end of the day I needed to meet my family’s growing needs.

My three-year career at Nexus Medical was one of the most rewarding experiences of my professional career. From advancement opportunities to professional development to the near endless amounts of free coffee served hot and ready, it was a pleasure working here. I recently left to go back to school, but I’ll never forget the close friendships and experiences I built while at Nexus.

Cons

I have a few nitpicky cons, but nothing too significant.

Pros

No one gets promoted at Nexus who doesn’t deserve it. Management doesn’t pick and choose favorites arbitrarily. Everything is based on hard work and results. If you put in the effort, you’ll see the rewards. Simple as that.

Cons

Management have very high standards. If you’re someone who’s always up for a challenge and likes learning new and difficult things, this won’t be a con. Otherwise, you probably won’t last long. That’s the only reason I can see for why there’s such a high turnover. Too many quitters.
