      Pros

      I have enjoyed my time working for NexusTek for the past 8 years. NexusTek is a company that knows how to take care of its customers and as a result, expects its employees to be accountable for the work that they do and for how the work gets done. NexusTek has a family atmosphere to it where friendships are formed and family is important. NexusTek encourages employees to learn and to grow and provides opportunity to do so. I would recommend working at NexusTek to anyone who is smart, a hard worker, is OK with being accountable, and wants to work with a great team of like minded people to deliver great customer experience.

      Cons

      Don't apply for a job here if you are looking for a place to "fly under the radar" or "coast".

      Pros

      In my opinion, Nexustek is the top company in the IT Services industry. They have a fantastic team and treat their employees with respect.

      Cons

      If you don't want to be challenged or grow professionally, this is not the place for you. I personally love to be challenged and thrived in this environment.

      My Experience at NexusTek

      Pros

      NexusTek has become a place filled with people I care about and people I know care about me. As a recent college grad they really took me under their wing to show me the ropes and help me learn and grow. Everyone really makes an effort to get to know you and will always help you out with any questions you may have when learning. A special thanks to my managers who became so much more than my supervisors, they became my friends. The reason I moved away from NexusTek is because I am entering into an industry that is closer in line with my degree. They are one of the fastest growing IT consulting companies in the Rocky Mountain region and I am proud to have been a part of their team.

      Cons

      NexusTek is always looking for dependable and experienced employees (which we all know is a long difficult process) to help sustain their ever growing client base. This can cause large workloads for some – they are in high demand! But all employees are compensated appropriately for their efforts.
