Focus on latest and greatest technologies including high focus on Agentic AI. NICE operates in a hybrid work model that support your work life balance (2 days at the office, 3 days from home), focus on employees growth and provide career growth opportunities.

Cons

The pace can be fast and occasionally require balancing multiple priorities
