Teams are genuinely connected, within groups and across the floor, people help each other and pull in the same direction. The atmosphere is surprisingly calm: deadlines and challenges, but little of the panic, pressure, or toxicity. Things move fast but sustainably, and we get more done by focusing on problems rather than stress. The product is genuinely challenging: large, complex, and spanning many systems and technologies. After all this time, I'm still learning and still connected to what we're building.

I get meaningful feedback, opportunities to take on challenging projects, and the support I need to keep developing my skills. Despite the size of the company, there's a surprising amount of room to influence and contribute ideas. If there's a new tool, process, or initiative I believe could help the team, I'm encouraged to explore it and make a case for it. That level of trust and ownership is something I really value. More than anything, I appreciate that the company doesn't just focus on what employees can contribute to the business. There's a genuine investment in helping employees grow, succeed, and get value from their experience as well.
