      NICE provides an environment that supports work/life balance very well. NICE is a stable company and while many companies are laying off employees, NICE is still hiring.

      The career progression process is ambiguous and subjective which can be a point of frustration.

      Good product, good pay, good benefits

      Cons

      If you’re not your bosses, best friend, you’re likely to be let go. They make you go into the office, even though the job was posted as remote. The management in my area of the company was not conducive to a positive work environment.
