      Pros

      Good people, chance to work abroad when troubleshooting is necessary (depends on how good you are), always something new to learn.

      Cons

      Management has no clue what's it doing and has zero capacity to understand when explained to; salary is inadequate (unless your talent is low in which case it is adequate); technology is lagging behind because that's what NICE customers are seeking; long hours and a lot of stress at the end of every release.

      Pros

      Stable, growing company, pays average benefits, has 401K, pays on time. Global company, a chance for relocation exists. Lots of travel opportunities. Office is decent.

      Cons

      Company is full of useless tier of mid-level managers, no real stars are hired due to "average or below" salaries policy. Some bureaucracy overhead, but it is common to all big players.
