      1. A big and very organized company 2. The job is interesting 3, Top technology 4. .Net, C++, Oracle, SQL server 5. Good benefits - Study fund and pension on 100% of the salary 6. A yearly bonus - depends on the employee's performance, the strength of your director, and the performance 7. Good health insurance 8. Good car department 9. Use the company's size to get good deals

      1. Very difficult to raise the salary once you signed the contract, make sure you start with a high salary. new developers will stuck with a poor salary for many years. 2. The company doesn't know how to keep the best employees happy 3. I was there for 5 years - during that time they fired people in 2 circles, even though the company was not in a bad condition 4. the also cut the salary with no good reason 5. sometimes they decide not to give bonuses
