The company promotes long-term thinking, established planning processes, and execution emanating from strategy all the way through operations. Company value proposition solves important problems in the market. The markets and spaces the company operates in her interesting and established.
Cons
Overall internal culture is fine. But I wouldn't say it's the most fun place to work at. Not because there's anything wrong or a negative environment, but because interpersonal relationships are developed mildly only. Some companies invest more in promoting employee interaction and fun activities. Compared to comparable companies salary and benefits could be better on average. This is excluding high performers which I will comped. The company operates in established and complicated domains and markets but it's likely the value proposition won't get you excited or passionate about changing the world or brining about positive impact on society. It's just the nature of enterprise enterprise business.
