Pros

The employees are great and super friendly and helpful. Good product market fit. Flexible schedules and they value work/life balance.

Cons

No training. Rules of engagement are constantly changing. Poor upper management. Commission structure constantly changing so you never get paid what you are owed. Terrible communication between management and employees as well as between all the different departments.

Our employee surveys consistently show that there is great satisfaction with the leadership of our managers. Also, we certainly do focus on employee development as we believe that our employees are our strongest asset. We take great pride in our Learning & Development programs for our employees, offering multiple learning platforms suited to a wide range of roles. If you are not familiar with all of our programs and offering, you can contact NICE Learning, search our NICEweb, or reach out to your manager / HR business partner in order to discuss your specific concerns.

Pros

Great place to work for exposure to multiple technologies, industries and growth opportunities. Long term strategies for AI, automation and predictive modeling in the customer experience space have NICE on the leading edge of the CX industry, and continuously provide skill and opportunity for growth for tech personnel. Flexible work environment among globally distributed teams.

Cons

Consequence of growth-through-acquisition over the past several years - internal silos among product groups, infrastructure and supporting teams causes some challenges in problem solving and support for customers, which is sometimes visible to the customer. This can lead to dissatisfaction, translating to low feedback scores (NPS), which affects nearly everyone in the company during evaluations and bonus time.

Pros

Middle management will have your back, no matter the situation. Executive levels are going though some changes. But would rather bring in new people, than take care of those that have paid their dues. Hopefully the upcoming changes, will bring a better balance.

Cons

Pay is lower than similar jobs elsewhere.
