      Pros

      - Many amazing people willing to help you onboard and learn everything you'll need to know to succeed in this job. - Great pay and compensation. - Management that understands you have a life outside of work and sometimes that life interferes and can be more important. - Very understanding that if you're hitting your goals, then not much more can or needs to be expected of you. It feels very independent and autonomous in that way. - Hybrid schedule that is the best of both worlds working in office or from home.

      Cons

      - For the first two weeks I attended a lot of training meetings with all the different managers. It was good to get to know all of them that I feel like I can ask any of them for help, but it also created a situation where most people didn't know exactly what I had been trained on or not and occasionally some stuff was reiterated and felt a little repetitive. (This being said, the ramp up period before anyone expects you to get your stuff together is 3 months, so there is ample time to figure everything out even if it at first it feels a little disorganized.)

      -Work/Life balance -Base Pay is decent for when I got hired -No Busy Work -No micromanaging

      Cons

      -The company continues to change for the worse year by year. You hear stories of the good ole' days and that's not how it is anymore -Base/OTE significantly reduced for new hires -Commission structure is so convoluted it's impossible to track -Major partnerships fizzled and damaged our numbers -The Utah location lacks diversity, even factoring in that this is Utah
