      Amazing Team Strong Collaboration Constant Growth Forward Thinking Leadership Opportunity for Growth

      Cons

      Compensation is a little lower than other tech companies. It is good, but room for growth. The benefits are great, but expensive, also room for improvement here. Restrictions placed by PBM for in-network pharmacies are cumbersome.

      Comp doesn’t add up

      Pros

      The team culture is great and management and the VP of my department are great. Company is always in a healthy spot financially and NICE a leader in the space.

      Cons

      Commissions are very unknown and there isn’t a solid way to audit pay because nobody really fully understands the comp plan. You would think that if you were at 50% of your quota that you would be compensated on 50% of your OTI commissions but that isn’t the case. Also, the commission payout is completely tied to your base salary so if you have a smaller base than a peer, your peer will make more selling the exact same deal size as you.
