      Pros

      Everyone is expected to carry their share, which means that you generally find people willing to help. Once a company is as big as NICE, it can be difficult to find help, and so far so good, there has always been someone willing to help.

      Cons

      NICE has made a number of acquisitions, which is generally more of a pro than a con, but along with the acquisitions, there are some competing priorities based on the group internally.

      Pros

      They do much to be competitive in the market, with numerous company perks and incentives. They encourage us to take off time when we work extra because of client demands. They are currently trying a new incentive, giving us a half day a month extra vacation each month to encourage making home life a priority.

      Cons

      The pressure can seem high to an individual who is not used to working with varied clients in large companies with their sometimes unreasonable demands and expectations. But if you are mature and calmly express expectations, even a "difficult" client can be enjoyable to work with.
