1. Very difficult to raise the salary once you signed the contract, make sure you start with a high salary. new developers will stuck with a poor salary for many years. 2. The company doesn't know how to keep the best employees happy 3. I was there for 5 years - during that time they fired people in 2 circles, even though the company was not in a bad condition 4. the also cut the salary with no good reason 5. sometimes they decide not to give bonuses

Management has no clue what's it doing and has zero capacity to understand when explained to; salary is inadequate (unless your talent is low in which case it is adequate); technology is lagging behind because that's what NICE customers are seeking; long hours and a lot of stress at the end of every release.
