Pros

None I can think of

Cons

This is a large company so experiences will definitely vary. However, what I went through was frustrating. Equipment is sub-par Not enough licenses for key software components Documentation contradicts itself Employees are asked to set up their environment but experienced developers can take up to 6 weeks to get everything working.

Pros

The cloud solution is a slick

Cons

Comp plan is horrible. Quota is unattainable - Raised it 123% from the previous year. $2.2M - $4.9M Removed products that you were previously paid on but still had to sell them. Benefits plan is below avg. Public company but no stock purchase plan. They talk highly about their sales enablement, however, there is no enablement. It is quantity over quality. Focus is on getting as many people through a training class instead of making sure those attendees are enabled.

Toxic Sr Leadership

Pros

If recently hired from outside, you would be paid anywhere between 20-40% higher than those that have been with the company for more than 5yrs. Outside hires are somehow worth more, which is why a lot of long-timers have left to go to competitors.

Cons

NICE knows very little about working in the cloud. The addition of inContact helped bandaid NICE solution to function as a cloud, but it was nothing more then a bandaid solution. Dont plan on having a personal life, unless you are bff's with Sr Leaders. I never knew how bad the benefits were, until i left. Expect high deductibles, high pay deduction and poor coverage. It wasn't always this way.
